Dodecyl Methacrylate is insoluble in water, soluble in organic solvents, and easily polymerizes under light. Has good hydrophobicity and is prone to polymerization reactions, with excellent flexibility. This product is irritating to the eyes, respiratory system, and skin. Direct contact should be avoided.
Dodecyl Methacrylate CAS 142-90-5 is used as a crude oil pour point depressant, fabric finishing agent, leather additive, internal plasticizer, oil absorbing resin, intelligent material with "temperature switch" characteristics, thickener, retanning and fatliquoring agent, leveling agent adhesive, deodorizer, lubricant additive, leather and fiber finishing agent, paper coating agent, ink, coating, medicine and other additives.
