m-Cresol has quite a few applications! m-Cresol CAS 108-39-4 used in the production of antioxidants, m-Cresol help prevent the oxidation of other substances (like in rubber or plastics to stop them from degrading). m-Cresol CAS 108-39-4 also used in the making of pesticides, and as a disinfectant in some formulations. Additionally, m-Cresol can be used as a solvent and in the synthesis of various pharmaceuticals.
1. Temperature: Store m-Cresol CAS 108-39-4 in a cool place, preferably between 2 - 8°C (36 - 46°F). This helps to slow down any potential reactions or degradation.
2. Sealed Container: Keep m-Cresol in an airtight container. m-Cresol is volatile and can also react with air components, so a tight seal is essential.
3. Away from Light: Although not highly photosensitive, storing m-Cresol CAS 108-39-4 in the dark or in a light-resistant container is a good idea to maintain its quality.
4. Separation from Incompatible Substances: Avoid storing m-Cresol near strong oxidizing agents, strong bases, and acids. These can react with m-Cresol CAS 108-39-4 and cause chemical changes.
