Neopentyl glycol dimethacrylate (NPGDMA) is a bifunctional functional monomer mainly used in the following fields:
NPGDMA, as an active diluent, is used for radiation cured coatings, inks, and adhesives, and has the characteristics of strong dilution and good wear resistance. ‌

NPGDMA, as a crosslinking agent, can shorten the crosslinking time and improve the performance of vulcanized rubber, making it suitable for synthetic rubber systems with difficulty in sulfur vulcanization. ‌

NPGDMA is used for radiation crosslinking of PVC wires and preparation of lotion acrylate adhesive, which has both weather resistance and chemical stability. ‌

NPGDMA is also used in photosensitive resin plates, two-component acrylic adhesives, and radiation cured resins.
