Application

1. Usually used in particle-reinforced alloys. Molybdenum carbide has an electronic structure and catalytic properties similar to noble metals, and has catalytic activity for hydrogen denitrification, hydrogenolysis and isomerization reactions. Molybdenum carbide is similar to platinum group noble metals in many aspects, especially its hydrogenation activity is comparable to noble metals such as Pt and Pd, and is expected to become a substitute for noble metals.

2. As a new type of functional material with high melting point and hardness, good thermal and mechanical stability, and excellent corrosion resistance, it has been widely used in various fields such as high temperature resistance, abrasion resistance and chemical corrosion resistance. It has electronic structure and catalytic properties similar to noble metals, and can be widely used in hydrogen-participated reactions such as alkane isomerization, unsaturated hydrocarbon hydrogenation, hydrodesulfurization and denitrification. High hardness, abrasion resistance, resistance Bruises. It is an important component of molybdenum-molybdenum carbide hard coatings and other cermet coatings, and can also be used as a wear-resistant and abrasion-resistant coating alone.

Storage

This product should be sealed and stored in a dry and cool environment.

It should not be exposed to the air for a long time to prevent agglomeration due to moisture, which will affect the dispersion performance and use effect.

In addition, avoid heavy pressure and do not contact with oxidants.

Transport as ordinary goods.
