Phenidone is mainly used in the field of photography. Phenidone a developing agent, often used in black - and - white film developing solutions. Phenidone helps to convert the latent image on the film (formed by the exposure to light) into a visible image by reducing the silver halides in the film emulsion to metallic silver.

Phenidone has some advantages over other developing agents, like being more stable and having a longer shelf - life in solution.

Packed in 25 kg per drum or based on customers' requirements.

1. Temperature and Humidity
Store Phenidone in a cool (around 15 - 25°C or 59 - 77°F), dry place. Moisture can cause Phenidone to degrade, and extreme temperatures can affect its chemical properties.

2. Sealed Container
Use an airtight container. Phenidone can react with air over time, so a tight seal helps prevent oxidation and keeps Phenidone in good condition.

3. Away from Light
Keep Phenidone in a dark place or in a light - resistant container. Light can also cause it to break down, so protecting Phenidone from light exposure is important.

4. Separation from Incompatible Substances
Avoid storing Phenidone near strong oxidizing agents, acids, or bases. These can react with Phenidone and render Phenidone ineffective.
