Antioxidant TTDP is a phenol free and environmentally friendly trialkylphosphite antioxidant that is a suitable alternative to antioxidant TNPP. It has low volatility and good hydrolysis resistance.

It can be widely used in polymers such as PVC, rubber, plastics, and oil products.

The antioxidant TTDP can effectively improve the thermal stability and resistance to smoke induced yellowing (NOX) of polyurethane foam.

Antioxidant TTDP is used as an efficient auxiliary stabilizer and chelating agent in soft/hard PVC materials to effectively improve their processing thermal stability and photostability, while maintaining the color stability and transparency of the products.

Antioxidant TTDP cas 77745-66-5 is an efficient antioxidant for rubber materials such as ABS, SBS, SIS, SEBS, etc.

Suggested addition amount: 0.1~2.0%

Triisotridecyl phosphite is a chemical compound that should be stored properly to ensure safety and maintain its stability. Here are some general guidelines for storing triisotridecyl phosphite:

1. Containers: Store chemicals in airtight containers made of compatible materials such as glass or certain plastics (e.g., HDPE). Make sure the container is clearly labeled with the chemical name and hazard information.

2. Temperature: Keep the storage area cool and dry. Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures, as high temperatures can degrade chemicals.

3. Light: Store in a dark place or in an opaque container away from light, which will cause degradation.

4. Ventilation: Make sure the storage area is well ventilated to prevent any accumulation of vapor.

5. Separation: Store away from incompatible substances such as strong oxidants, acids and bases to prevent any dangerous reactions.

6. Safety Equipment: Have appropriate safety equipment, such as a spill kit and personal protective equipment (PPE), ready in case of accidental spills or exposures.

7. Regulatory Compliance: Follow all local regulations and guidelines regarding the storage of hazardous materials.

Triisotridecylphosphite CAS 77745-66-5 is generally considered to have low toxicity, but like many chemicals, it may present certain hazards. Here are some key points about its safety:

1. Toxicity: Not highly toxic, but large amounts of contact may cause irritation to the skin, eyes, and respiratory tract.

2. Environmental impact: It may have an impact on the environment, especially when released in large quantities, so proper handling and disposal are very important.

3. Safety Precautions: When working with triisotridecyl phosphite, it is recommended to use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), such as gloves and goggles, and work in a well-ventilated area.

4. Regulatory Information: Always refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) or Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for specific information on hazards, handling, and emergency measures.
