Triphenyl phosphite used in PVC、Rubber、 Synthetic resin, organic synthesis, coordination chelation.

An aromatic phosphite antioxidant that can be used for polyolefins, polyester resins, ABS, PVC, etc.

It can provide good color improvement and thermal stability in both processing and post production.

Triphenyl phosphate CAS 101-02-0, as an efficient auxiliary stabilizer and chelating agent, is widely used in various PVC products. It can maintain transparency and suppress color changes, while also increasing the antioxidant and photo/thermal stability of the main stabilizer.

In addition, Triphenyl phosphate CAS 101-02-0 is also used in products such as PE, PP, ABS, SBS, and can be used in the synthesis of pharmaceutical intermediates and the new energy lithium-ion electrolyte industry.

Suggested addition amount: 0.1~2.0%

Triphenyl phosphite can be harmful to humans if proper safety precautions are not taken. It is considered a moderate health hazard. The following are some potential risks associated with exposure:

1. Inhalation: Inhalation of vapor or mist can irritate the respiratory tract and may cause symptoms such as coughing or difficulty breathing.

2. Skin contact: Contact may cause skin irritation, redness or dermatitis.

3. Eye Contact: Contact with eyes may cause irritation, redness and discomfort.

4. Ingestion: Ingestion of triphenyl phosphite may be harmful and may cause gastrointestinal upset.

5. Long-term exposure: Prolonged or repeated exposure may result in more severe health effects, although the specific long-term effects have not been fully documented.

Follow good industrial practices and try to avoid unnecessary human contact. The product should be stored in a dry and ventilated place at room temperature to avoid moisture absorption; keep away from fire and heat sources; keep away from strong oxidants and reducing agents. It is recommended to use within 12 months.
